Yes. On the International and Complete packs the company is formed remotely by power of attorney. We obtain the Portuguese tax number (NIF) for non-resident shareholders and provide 12 months of tax representation. All support is in English.
Yes, on every pack, for 12 months. The Essential and International packs include the Business registered-office plan; the Complete pack includes the Executive plan. Your company is born with an address in the centre of Faro.
It depends on the number of shareholders, the country they live in and the business activity. That's why we send a fixed quote, with no obligation, after a short conversation. Nothing is charged until you accept the quote.
A consulting session before incorporation: type of company and shareholder structure, who should be a director and what that entails, share capital and business activity code, VAT regime, and the first year's tax obligations and calendar. 1h30 on the International pack, 1h on the Complete pack.
Appointing a certified accountant is included in every pack, because it is mandatory before trading. The Complete pack also includes the first 12 months of accounting and a 6-month review — first-half results, whether the tax regime still fits, and next steps.
ID and tax number for each shareholder, the shareholders' addresses and a description of the business. If you don't have a Portuguese NIF yet, the International and Complete packs take care of it. The full list comes with the quote.
The legal documents are in Portuguese, as required in Portugal, and the Portuguese text prevails. We explain everything in English before you sign anything, and your dedicated case manager keeps you updated in English throughout.
